Web Application Developer

Sicorax is looking for a web developer enthusiast eager to match both his front and back-end development skills to his customer oriented approach to become a power user of its software tool box and deliver innovative turnkey solutions to end users.

If you want to play a key role in a team that performs small miracles daily (yes, we do that!) and are keen not to fall into routine by leading through a variety of projects, you might be the rare find we are seeking.

Your technical skills

•  Expertise competence in JavaScript, Node.js, HTML5, CSS , JQuery, JSON.
•  Asset: knowledge of MS SQL, MySQL, Stimulsoft, Sequelize.

What you will be doing

•  Participate in the projects kick-off calls to validate the requirements.
•  Determine the best approaches and methods to implement web solutions.
•  Develop turnkey solutions with Sicorax’s software suite.
•  Provide regular follow-ups with the stakeholders.
•  Ensure that solutions developed adhere to the development standards and are tested before their release.
•  Participate in code reviews.
•  Suggest improvements to methods and processes, and promote the exchange of ideas and the knowledge transfer within the team.

Your education and experience

•  Degree in Web programming, Computer science or equivalent..
•  3 to 5 years of experience in a field related to web application development.

Terms

•  Selected candidates will be employed on a contract of 1 year.
•  You will have the opportunity to be trained, to work and to gain expertise of cloud based solutions.
•  After 1 year, if you have demonstrated that you are the best, you will be offered to renew your contract on a long term basis.
