Self-Service allow you to:
Attach all information to each employee: work permits, qualifications,
work experiences, licenses, medical schemes, leaves and amenities
Access to personal data : Each employee has access to his personal data,
pay slips, medical claims, alerts (Self – Service).
Communicate info to employees : Each employee has access to «News letter»,
training calendar, birthdays, vacancies, public holiday list, new recruits,
telephone extension (Self-Service).
Automate leave requests : Each employee applies for leaves, which are
sent to the Head of Department. The head of department view the employee leaves'
balance and approves or rejects the leaves. (Self-Service).
Update personal data: Each employee can update his personal data, which will
be approved by the Head of Department... (Self-Service).
Communicate info to heads of department / Manager: Each head of department
/ manager has access, to the organization chart, employees’ data, employees'
complaints, employees on probation and to the list of absent employees. (Self-Service).
Facilitate the generation of documents with the use of pre-defined models for job
descriptions, letters, warnings etc. Identify, manage training needs and follow up HRDC
procedures (Forms G1 & G3).
